This Privacy Policy describes how MPC Apps ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use any of our mobile applications:

1. Information We Collect

User-provided data. Depending on the app, you may enter data such as names, lists, activity logs, notes or preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and/or in cloud storage services associated with your account (such as iCloud or Google Drive), unless otherwise indicated in the app.

Technical data. We may automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, language, time zone and app performance data. This data is anonymous and used exclusively to improve the functioning of our applications.

Usage data. We may collect anonymous information about how you interact with the app (screens visited, features used) through analytics services such as Firebase Analytics or similar tools. This data does not allow us to personally identify you.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Improve user experience and performance
• Diagnose technical issues and errors
• Develop new features based on aggregated usage patterns

3. Data Storage and Security

• RevenueCat — For subscription and in-app purchase management
• AdMob (Google) — For displaying ads in free versions (when applicable)

5. Advertising

Some of our apps may display ads through Google AdMob in their free versions. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and device data to show personalized ads. You can disable ad personalization from your device settings.

Premium or paid versions do not contain advertising.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchase transactions are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information (credit card, bank details, etc.).

7. Children's Data

Our applications are not directed at children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent verification, we will take steps to delete that information.

8. Your Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law, you have the right to:

• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data

Data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. Data stored in the cloud is retained as long as you keep your account active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
